Program (PEP). This incorporates a comprehensive mixture of innovative services, programs,
products, packaging, and equipment to help Kodak customers meet their objectives in a cost-effective

PEP Workflow
Kodak's Health, Safety and Environment Department is
geared up to assist graphics customers. For prompt environmental, health and safety
assistance, please call our EnviroServices Hotline at (770)232-2133 or
contact us by email at PEP@Kodak.com. If the solution is simple, we will provide it directly
to you via phone or email. For more complicated issues, we will conduct research and follow-up
with you with a solution or we will engage one of our highly qualified and experienced Regional
Environmental Managers or EnviroPartners to make an on-site visit. This strategy will ensure
that the highest quality service is provided to Kodak customers in a timely and cost effective
manner.
Cost of Using PEP
Many valuable components of the Printer's EnviroServices Program will be provided absolutely FREE to
Kodak graphic communications customers. The free services will include the EnviroServices Hotline,
EnviroServices Email Assistance, 24-hour Medical Emergency Hotline, 24-Hour Spill Response Hotline,
Chemical Sample Test Kits, Literature, and MSDS Customer Response Center services.
Whenever the implementation of an environmental solution involves a cost, the customer will be notified before
proceeding. Written approval to proceed with the environmental solution will be required. Examples of chargeable
items include solutions requiring equipment.
